Job Summary:
Responsible for the oversight and accuracy of all WIP inventory related transactions. This includes, but isn't limited to; MRR, RTV and WIP cycle count transactions, the coordination of WIP sub-assembly production/back-flush and issuance for Technical Service and sales order requirements. This individual will provide leadership to an inventory team consisting of 2-4 people
Essential Functions:
35% Oversees the timely and accurate completion of all WIP inventory related transactions and reconciliation.
25% Manages the cycle count process of various inventory locations. Investigate variances, perform appropriate adjustments and drive process corrections/improvements as appropriate.
20% Ensures that all non-conforming WIP material movement, and subsequent ERP transactions, are in accordance with all relative non-conforming material SOPs.
10% Maintains inventory consumption forecasts in support of ZOLL’s Technical Service function.
5% Maintains all WIP inventory related performance metrics. This includes, but is not limited to; Cycle count, WIP inventory and scrap metrics.
5% Drives continuous improvement.

Skilled in research and problem solving
Strong organizational skills
Desire, willingness and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
BA/BS preferred
3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment: doing transactional activities including stockroom, inventory and purchasing receipt transactions.
