Clinical Specialist North Central

Essential Functions:

• Provide technical support during implant of the remedē System
• Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting center
• Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration
• Work closely with the Territory Manager to support all aspects of the sales process
• Support therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studies
• Train new customers to use the remedē System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming
• Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever changing schedule
• Maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities
• Provide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties

Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical field
• IBHRE certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably from the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry with extensive implant support experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing

• Ability to travel extensively to support clinical and sales activities – approximately 80%
