Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to assist with the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across a variety of channels including email, social, web, events, and more. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a master of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with a keen eye for quality and brand standards.
To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and adept at communicating with and coordinating activities for the marketing team, creative partners, and vendors. You’ll play a key role in quality assurance and brand consistency and should be comfortable assimilating and maintaining brand guidelines. A can-do attitude and willingness to proactively research projects and recommend solutions are important character traits for this role.

Responsibilities
- Marketing campaign execution and support:
- Email operations: coordinate, build, test, and deploy effective email campaigns
- Website support: build and edit landing pages, product page, blog posts, and more within HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Assist with the design, build, and execution of the company’s social media channels
- Coordinate with creative partners, vendors, and digital partners on projects such as direct mail and print collateral
- Report on campaign performance, trends, etc.
- Maintain working knowledge of latest trends in digital marketing and provide recommendations
- Annual user conference event support
- Assist with developing and maintaining event website, mobile app, Attendee Hub, and more
- Provide general support
- Departmental support
- Manage the department’s invoice, purchase order, and expense tracking/reporting
- Complete other duties/responsibilities as directed by marketing management.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field. A degree in other disciplines combined with relevant work experience is also acceptable.
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS/cloud or healthcare environment
- Direct experience leveraging HubSpot or similar marketing automation software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Office365 experience preferred)
- Experience working with project management/productivity platforms (e.g., Wrike, Monday, Teamwork)
- Experience utilizing event management platforms (Cvent preferred)
- Detail oriented and analytical, able to maintain organization, prioritize, and multi-task
- Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and independent; able to manage projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Collaborative and proactive with a positive attitude focused on continuous improvement and growth
- Creative thinker, able to overcome perceived organizational or resource obstacles
Preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software suite
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics/Data Studio
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
The minimum salary for the position is $60,000.00 annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
