Territory Manager EMS – Central/Southern Italy.

The role:

The EMS Italy territory manager is responsible for achieving territory sales share by increasing penetration of ZOLL products and services into existing accounts and conversion of non-ZOLL accounts, controlling expenses and contributing to ZOLL's profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ZOLL Medical in becoming the leading provider of resuscitation solutions in the Italian pre-hospital market
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise potential in the EMS market segment
  • Achieve sales, pricing and market share targets for the EMS segment
  • Modelling company values, ensuring team alignment
  • Develop strong working relationships with key opinion leaders in the EMS market
  • Adequate weekly sales reports and provide monthly reports to management.
  • Adaptation to CRM and reporting systems.
  • Modelling company values, ensuring team alignment.
  • Responsible for maintaining and monitoring demo inventory and evaluation.


  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree and experience selling capital devices
  • Clinical education, e.g. paramedical experience would be advantageous
  • Persuasion and influencing skills
  • Sales closing and negotiation
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
  • Familiarity with strategic account management
  • Fluency in Italian and strong English skills
  • Willing to travel 70% to customers (car provided)
