Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting the entry-level, end-to-end talent acquisition process.  This position reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.   

Essential Functions:

  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions

  • Working with our internal customers to help support our temp and direct hire process

  • Participate and drive college recruiting; interacting directly with students at career fairs, info sessions, and networking events

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with local universities and other recruitment resources.

  • Plan and attend recruiting and networking events (virtual webinars, in-house meetups, career fairs, etc.) to help pipeline new talent

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies in regards to fair hiring practices for each position

  • Manage entry to mid-level hiring - both direct hire and contingent hires; ensure accurate job description prior to posting; external/internal posting; reviewing applications

  • Conduct searches in LinkedIn and other external sites on a regular basis in order to source potential candidates for our open positions and to develop a talent pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Full cycle recruiting position to include:

  • Screen applications, select qualified candidates, schedule interviews, assessments, references, background checks, offers and hand off to onboarding/new hire orientation

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles

  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and set changing priorities on a daily basis

  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment (OFCCP) – is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), as well as familiarity with various sourcing platforms

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite - specifically Microsoft Office

  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, flexibility, and creativity to changing needs and situations

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience in both an agency and corporate environment desired, however will consider candidates with either experience

  • 1 - 3+ years experience with full cycle recruiting

  • Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality and exercise discretion is a must

  • Experience with inclusive and diversity recruiting a plus

  • Other duties as assigned
