Social Media Coordinator

In this dynamic position, the Social Media Coordinator will serve as a vital member of the Integrated Marketing Services team with the Manager of Digital Marketing to support ZOLL Medical's critical social media initiatives. An essential function of this role is to maintain a strong online presence for our company while implementing market specific strategies through social media accounts. The goal is to increase web traffic, establish a strong foundation of brand awareness and improve customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with global internal marketing stakeholders to assist with social media listening and response
  • Work closely with the various marketing teams to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
  • Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
  • Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews and save stories
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
  • Manage and execute posts on ZOLL’s corporate social media channels to grow and engage with our follower base
  • Propose suggestions, recommendations, and solutions to improve social media communications

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 2 - 4+ years' experience in social media marketing
  • College or university degree and experience in relevant field
