Job Summary:

Works to provide Mulesoft systems support under the direction of the Sales Systems Manager.

This position is responsible for the design, development, support and maintenance of existing MuleSoft environment.  Functions include, translating business requirements into technical requirements to architect, design, build, deliver, review, test, support and troubleshoot existing and new integration initiatives.  Tracks all issues and/or enhancement requests as cases. 

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for MuleSoft design, development, support, maintenance
  • Troubleshoots, identifies, and investigates MuleSoft integration issues
  • Designs, and develops integrations using MuleSoft best practices
  • Deploys and tests new modules, upgrades and fixes in both sandbox and production environments
  • Works with Network IT team as MuleSoft Runtime server advisory for patches/updates/connections and support as needed
  • Works with Applications IT team to maintain existing and accomplish new system integrations as needed
  • Responsible for developing and/or maintaining all documentation and materials as they pertain to existing MuleSoft environment and any new integrations
  • Cross Trains with Managed Services Partner to familiarize with existing environment setup and integration

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Experience with MuleSoft Hybrid deployment model
  • Experience with API Manager, AWS, REST/SOAP API’s, RAML, APi Led Architecture
  • Experience with object-oriented programming (Java, Python, VP.Net)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Sales, Service and CPQ Modules
  • Salesforce.com knowledge of platform events, push topics, change data capture, limitations with salesforce
  • Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud, SQl DB
  • Experience with design patterns used with MuleSoft and Salesforce integrations
  • Experience with MuleSoft to MuleSoft instance integrations
  • Deep understanding of security aspects of tool and solutions
  • Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to clearly define a problem or issue
  • Ability to research to resolve issues and adequately escalate issues if needed
  • Ability to follow test scripts and execute testing scenarios
  • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of previous experience as a Mulesoft developer in an environment using MuleSoft, Salesforce.com and Oracle
  • BA or BS Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • MuleSoft Certification(s)
  • Salesforce Certification(s)
  • Oracle Certifications(s)
