Resuscitation

ZOLL Medical Corporation is committed to developing technologies that help advance the practice of resuscitation.  With products for pacing, defibrillation, circulation, ventilation, and fluid resuscitation, ZOLL provides a comprehensive set of technologies that can help clinicians, EMS professionals, and lay rescuers resuscitate sudden cardiac arrest or trauma victims.  ZOLL also designs and markets software that automates the documentation and management of both clinical and non-clinical data. 

This position applies standard engineering techniques (Good Design Practices) and procedures to assist in the design, development, and support of new and currently marketed medical devices, including external defibrillators, external pacemakers, and monitors. May be involved in design analysis for new or existing designs, including stress and tolerance analyses of circuits. Assist with prototyping and board bring up of prototypes, including debug work. Work with electrical, mechanical, and software team members to support development activities. Participate in design and document reviews.

NOTE: This position is a 6+ month role that starts in January. You must be enrolled in a College bachelor's program in order to be considered.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision of a Purchasing Manager, responsible for assisting the planning and purchasing of materials to support the ZOLL production line. Making Expense Buys.

 

Essential Functions:

          Work with Oracle system to update items and maintain and issue PO’s

          Generate and issue PO’s for expense and inventory items

          Action requisitions and MRP messages.

          Run departmental reports as assigned

          Assist with supplier communications of PO’s and Agile information

          Communicate with suppliers and maintaining purchase order dates and pricing

          Communicate with other departments on material status and delivery dates of shortages

 

Skill Requirements:

          Skilled on Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

          Working towards bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business

          Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
