We are excited to add to our growing team! The Marketing Specialist is a new position for our team and will be based out of our Minnetonka, MN office with a hybrid work from home setup. This position is responsible for the development, execution and management of marketing programs and activities in support of the remedē® System. The candidate will be part of the Marketing team and work closely with the Director and VP of Marketing to further accelerate market awareness and adoption of the remedē® System. This person’s primary duties will be centered around creating a best-in-class digital and in-person event presence in the marketplace. This is a fast-moving, innovative therapy with high expectations for growth and development.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the development, execution and management of marketing programs and activities in support of the remedē® System.  The candidate will be part of the Marketing team and work closely with the Director and VP of Marketing to further accelerate market awareness and adoption of the remedē® System. This person’s primary duties will be centered around creating a best-in-class digital and in-person event presence in the marketplace. This is a fast-moving, innovative therapy with high expectations for growth and development.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive ZOLL Respicardia’s patient awareness and education program, including digital advertising (SEO/SEM) across multiple channels, social media, lead nurturing, and development of patient-facing collateral
  • Function as a program leader specializing in advancing campaigns through both traditional media and digital communications
  • Assist with messaging, branding, and collateral to support product and program launches, with a focus on digital channels
  • Lead all activities related to national in-person events and campaigns, including, but not limited to collateral management, tradeshows, planning, media presence
  • Develop strong relationships with the marketing, sales force, R&D, Legal, and Clinical counterparts in order to build a deep understanding of how to create value
  • Conceptualize and develop high impact marketing materials and sales assets, including demand generation campaigns, website management and digital asset development.
  • Manage and collaborate with third-party contractors

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience managing digital environments, events and content marketing programs in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Both B2B and B2C experience preferred
  • Strong understanding and capability with digital tools and an eagerness and aptitude for learning new technology and remaining aware of latest trends
  • Strong understanding of online communications channels and how to use them effectively
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, summarize and communicate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen to physician/customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong team attitude
  • Must have ability to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
  • Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary 
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of working hours
