Therapy Access Specialist

- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Territory Managers (TM) and clinical support teams to achieve sales goals
- Identify key accounts, health care professionals, and business issues that have the greatest effect on use of company products by meeting with existing and potential customers.
- Classify clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. Determine where our therapies can be part of a comprehensive healthcare solution.
- Develop and implement plans to increase therapy awareness that identify potential remedē patients.
- Partner with remedē program champions to identify and remove constraints in the patient identification pathway
- Develop and enhance key customer relationships through therapy awareness activities, sales calls, product demonstrations, educational programs, trade show participation and problem resolution.
- Maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful sales and marketing experience in the fields of cardiovascular and/or sleep medicine
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel (locally, regionally, nationally to include overnight stays) - approximately 70%
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization
