Clinical Account Manager - Temperature Management

Locations: Remote, TN; Placeholder, TX


Essential Functions:

  • Assists the clinical field specialist to coordinate and conduct clinical training on company products
  • Provides product evaluation support in hospitals and other medical facilities.
  • Delivers post-sales installation training and customer retention activities.
  • Conducts site visits and reports findings to the Clinical Specialist and Manager
  • Support tradeshow and regional shows
  • Complete required administrative activities.
  • Provides customer feedback to supervisor

  • Ability to utilize/develop tools including email or any other means available to effectively perform the required task(s).
  • Ability to understand and escalate customer issues in a timely manner to supervisor
  • Excellent follow-through skills, interpersonal skills, hard working. Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, dependable, reliable and dedicated.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong data entry, written and verbal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to provide good customer service.


Education/Training/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Associates degree in Nursing
  • Commercial applications experience a plus.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 80%.
  • Must have thorough knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Excel and Word.

  • Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills are required.

  • Certificates and Licenses:

A registered Nurse license is required

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to environmental surroundings in a hospital setting, near moving mechanical parts; toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The duties may require working in a Controlled Environment Room (CER).

The duties will include completing necessary requirements set forth by facility credentialing programs.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a Medical device environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Temperature Management standards a plus
  • Nursing experience in the critical care arena; including ED, CATH lab, ICU preferred
