Key Account Manager Integrated Solutions (m/f/d)

Job summary:

The core task is to sell our Telemedicine Solution, embedded in our EMS 4.0 strategy.

Core to success, will be effectively engaging with the Paramedic community, but also that of the controlling healthcare structures and advisory groups. Responsible for the management and development of pipeline business, attract new clients, technical presentation, customization and responsible for sales of ZOLL integrated solutions (medical devices, telemedicine solution, RescueNet live and ePCR solution) and services into new and existing accounts. Control expenses while contributing to ZOLL’s profitable growth. The owner reports to the Sales Director - EMS/Hospital - Germany/Austria.

Essential Functions:

  • Achieve revenue, pricing and market share targets for GHC products
  • Implement sales strategies to maximise potential in EMS market segment
  • Endores sales process for integrated solutions (so called “Emergency Services 4.0”)
  • Support sales team in implementing integrated solution selling
  • Model company values, ensuring team alignment
  • Develop strong working relationships with key opinion leaders in the EMS market
  • Adequate weekly project reporting and provide monthly reporting to management
  • Compliance with CRM systems and reporting systems.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Higher level of professional education and demonstrated track record in sales
  • Fluent or close to fluent in the English language
  • Knowledge in European EMS structures
  • Secure handling of PC/notebook (Microsoft Office applications, apps etc.) and CRM tool (e.g. Sales
  • Knowledge in medical devices, RescueNet live, AmbulancePad and GHC software solutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong ethics and integrity and familiar with public tender business
