Clinical Educator, TherOx
Location: Remote, FL

Essential Functions:
- Become technically and clinically expert on ZOLL Circulation products starting with TherOx products
- Take call for SSO2 patient treatment support in new and existing AMI sites
- Coordinate and perform on-site training for clinicians and allied health personnel
- Educate clinicians with the product, clinical, and marketing data
- Work as part of a field team to advance the commercial adoption of new therapies starting with SSO2
- Among installed sites increase physician utilization via education and training
- Work with customers to incorporate new therapies starting with SSO2 into a standard protocol
- Meet customer satisfaction through problem-solving and retention activities
- Provides product evaluation support in hospitals and other medical facilities.
- Support tradeshow and regional shows
Subsequent Broader Product Support:
- Conducts routine customer visits document accurately and timely in Sales Force
- Complete required administrative activities.
- Contribute to the development of training materials of products.
- Provide training to other ZOLL employees.
- As required, provide remote on-demand technical support for clinical staff via telephone and/or email.
- As required, have regular communications with key clinicians and other experts to support the optimal use of ZOLL Circulation products in the clinical setting.
- Whenever possible provide support during the live cases to new customers
- Provide input to marketing and product development teams on usability issues of the product and associated clinical procedure(s).
- Initiate a collaborative approach to projects enabling multiple-direction communications and task executions with easy-going, open-minded style.
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to utilize/develop tools, including email or any other means available to effectively perform the required task(s).
- Ability to understand and escalate customer issues in a timely manner to the supervisor
- Excellent follow-through skills, interpersonal skills, hardworking and be detailed oriented
- Positive attitude, responsible, dependable, reliable, and dedicated.
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong presentation skills and writing skills
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Minimum Associates degree in Nursing or Life Sciences or relevant experiences
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 80%
- Ability to provide good customer service
Preferred Experience: - +2 years experience in interventional cardiovascular medicine, or device industry.
