Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Program Management Specialist (PMS) is a key member of the inside sales team functioning as the primary point of contact for three key customer groups. The PMS will divide their time between managing relationships with distribution sales representatives, ZOLL Channel Partner Managers and the end user customers.

This role entails high volume outbound calling activities, training and sales webinars and end user sales facilitation. The PMS focuses on lead generation, lead qualification and in many cases offering the technical expertise needed to close a sale.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify and qualify opportunities from lead generation activities, inbound product enquiries and outbound calling initiatives.

  • Identify and develop key contacts within distribution and end user customer accounts

  • Identify and assist with establishing new distribution partners

  • Collaborate with client services to create a seamless holistic customer service environment

  • Support distribution by generating and analyzing reports and data

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of inside sales, lead development or outbound call center experience (Highly Preferred)

  • Account management or distribution experience preferred

  • Basic office computer skills required, proficiency in learning new software preferred

  • High level of integrity and work ethic required

  • Excellent communication, writing and phone skills required

  • Ability to present in front of peers/leaders/customers

  • Ability to work in a team and independently

  • Time and task management skills required

  • Energetic and competitive nature a major plus

  • Prior experience with CRM like a plus

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS or comparable work experience

  • Prior Sales Training

  • Inside Sales Training
