NOTE: This is a contract position that will sit in our Deerfield, WI office.

Job Summary:

Responsible for staffing and recruiting full time and part time personnel. Maintain applicant tracking system to appropriately track staffing procedures. Pro-Actively source active & passive candidates. Provide support, when needed, to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner.

Essential Functions:

  • Recruit and staff individuals for exempt positions and non-exempt positions

  • Assist and consult managers with their recruiting and staffing needs. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications; meeting with managers to discuss the roles

  • Maintain, update and promote career development within the organization by utilizing internal job posting system, external websites and the ZOLL HR Team

  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining

  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements

  • Establish interview schedules with managers and other members of ZOLL as necessary

  • Coordinate travel accommodations for candidates when necessary

  • Provide support to managers in recruiting and staffing temporary positions

  • Maintains applicant tracking system by ensuring resumes are entered correctly at each stage of the process. Routing or rejecting resumes; forwarding referral payment to the HR Business Partner.

Skills Requirements:

  • Effective working knowledge of recruiting practices as well as knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems

  • Experience recruiting for Operations / Manufacturing, IT, and other positions as assigned

  • Mix of Agency and Corporate experience highly preferred but not required

  • 3+ yrs experience hiring in a corporate environment highly preferred but not required

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)

  • Must be organized, self-starter and be able to work independently

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective Time Management skills to be able to juggle multiple deadlines and various needs of ZOLL's internal customers

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment preferred
