Technical Trainer / Customer Quality Assurance

This role is a hybrid role between Technical Training Manager and Customer Quality Assurance Manager. The position is fulltime and will cover all of the UK and Ireland. Travel will be 75%

Technical Training Manager Functions:

  • Delivering hands on training directly to biomedical engineers and technicians on ZOLL’s line of ventilator and defibrillator product lines.

Customer Quality Assurance Manager Functions

  • Complete responsibilities related to meeting customer expectations at the direction of the CQA Global Manager in accordance with ZOLL service goals, targets and objectives.

Skills Requirements

•            Knowledge of modern training tools and course development software. 

•            Excellent documentation and time management skills.

•            Technical writing.

•            Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

•            Previous experience in a customer-facing role as a technical expert. 

•            Instructional Design / Curriculum Development

•            Clinical knowledge relating to mechanical ventilation and defibrillation.

•            Proficient computer skills with a focus on MS Office.   

•            Ability to lead discussions and meetings effectively as facilitator

•            Ability to meet objectives in a timely manner

•            Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•            Exceptional organization skills and the ability to schedule tactically

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

•            Experience as a technical trainer.

•            Experience as a biomedical engineer or technician. 

•            Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.   

•            Experience providing technical training support on ventilation, defibrillator, or cardiac monitoring equipment. 

•            Minimum 10 years' experience interfacing with external customers is required

•            Current passport and drivers License
