Customer Service Specialist - Operations and Administration

Job Summary:
Work as a Customer Service Specialist supporting the customer service function of the business and other office administration.
Responsible for the everyday maintenance and management of the ZOLL Webstore, order entry, Code Data and ExpertCare order entry in ORACLE Service Module and responsible for managing customer returns of AED’s returned for repair or warranty replacement for Public Safety.
The Role requires you to manage ZOLL events and Sales Meetings, supporting Plustrac software for customers and reporting and coordinating of Salesforce leads for Public Safety.
Adhoc support for the Management team as appropriate
Essential Functions:
Operations
As part of the implementation of the ZOLL Webstore, assist with the project team as required to create the Webstore and all necessary AU products included
Once launched, support the distributors usage of the Webstore, troubleshooting issues and Oracle issues as they arise
Order entry and other Customer Service functions, including call taking, resolving customer issues etc
Order entry for all Code Data and ExpertCare Orders
Manage and process customer returns of AED’s returned for repair or warranty replacement
Manage bookings and coordination of ZOLL events and Sales Meetings
Customer support for the ZOLL PlusTrac program management tool
Provide product, customer and Business Partner support as required.
Allocate incoming leads to Business Partners within salesforce
Run monthly reports to assist with lead conversion tracking
Assist with data recording for measuring quality objectives
Adhoc Projects and Project Management for the Management Team
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience working in administration and Customer Service
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills including Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Attention to detail
Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
Friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to manage ongoing projects independently
Time management skills
Strong communications skills
