Job Summary 

As a recruiter at ZOLL you will work closely with the HR Team to attract top talent and to provide exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring leaders.  You will oversee and support various recruiting tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient process from intake to hire.  You will also oversee a requisition load and partner closely with hiring managers to find the best candidates for their positions. 

This position will be primarily remote with the exception to come into the office a couple of times per month for team lunches and events as needed.  

How you'll make an impact:

  • Source and interview candidates for your assigned job requisitions
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to manage open requisitions
  • Establish relationships with department leaders and hiring managers, ensuring successful placement, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Manage and send offers and begin onboarding tasks for candidate including background, drug screen & reference checks 
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist with development and management of job descriptions
  • Find unique ways to engage with passive candidates and assist with organizing and attending job fairs
  • Provide other recruiting or HR support as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast paced, in-house recruiting environment.
  • Experience sourcing and attracting hard to find technology candidates as well as general office and business personnel.
  • Able to easily master new software, systems, and technology  
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) 
  • Ability to communicate through multiple channels (phone, email, IM) comfortably and effectively 
  • Team player with a service mindset, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done 
  • Critical and creative thinker, able to “connect the dots” and think outside the box with minimal guidance 
  • Flexible, skilled with managing shifting priorities 
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills 

Bonus Points If You have:

  • Experience with ATS or HRIS systems (iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, UltiPro, etc.) 
  • Experience with Affirmative Action high desirable

Salary and Benefits:

The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
