Clinical Application Specialist, ZOLL Circulation UK

Responsibilities:
• Client Service for existing customers
• Increase the use of our catheters through clinical education
• On-site clinical support for existing customers (Hospital Based)
• Advising doctors and care staff about patient temperature management in
surgery/intensive care/cardiac catheterisation laboratory as required.
• Work closely with ZOLL’s other divisions to enhance the The One ZOLL Advantage (TOZA)


Site Management:
• Skillfully develops, nurtures and maintains relationships with customers
• Field travel to sites as needed

General Responsibilities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global medical device regulations
• Comply with ZOLL Circulation’s quality system requirements as well as any
applicable regulatory requirements
• Support organization's goals and values
• Support departmental initiatives (e.g. revisions to SOPs, LEAN activities, etc…)
• Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications
• Experience in the treatment of Intensive Care Patients
• Provide proof of contneous developement
• Valid and clear driving license
• Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook, Visio and
PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with patient records and documentation.
• Experience providing clinical training or support.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to travel 70-80% of time.


Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, medicine, nursing or other health related
disciplines
• Completed training as healthcare and nurse with further education in FKP
Anaesthesia/ Intensive Care
