Senior Manager, Worldwide Contracts & Business Administration

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing contracts, terms and conditions related activities of the Service Programs department of ZOLL's North American and International markets.  This role will play an integral part in supporting various clients inside the company while managing the Business Administration and International Business Administration teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Reviews all customer service contracts/documents, RFP's, terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL's policies and legal requirements.
  • Negotiates structures, and/or administrates contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers and /or partners.
  • Works with World Wide Service Coordinator to establish service provider contracts and addendums.
  • Supports sub-office and business partners in all service initiatives.
  • Works with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structure contracts.
  • Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements.
  • Leads negotiations of contract terms and conditions with customers as well as pricing integrity through conference calls and emails.
  • Acts as a liaison between Service Contracts teams and Sales Contracts Manager, Legal, Risk Management and other departments.
  • Performs at the subject matter expert level for the service team regarding contract content and applicability to their customers.
  • Establishes key performance indicators in alignment with Sales and Service team goals.
  • Fosters cross-functional relationships and enhances relationships with team members.
  • Builds, leads and mentors the Service Business Administration team.
  • Provides guidance and recommendations on contract transactions to direct reports, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures all service contracts are prepared in accordance with ZOLL's quality and integrity standards.
  • Manages service repair invoicing across divisions.
  • Provides management with monthly metrics.
  • Develops and maintains processes and best practices documentation and training to support department responsibilities.
  • Maintains SOP procedures, updates, manuals and Employee Training Records.

  • Experience with computer software applications; Oracle Service, SalesForce.com, Excel, Crystal and Access.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in Contract Administration.
  • A minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
  • Healthcare contracts experience preferred.
