Marketing Data Analyst

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing data collection, cleansing and analysis from data repositories and market automation tools used within the organization

  • Work with Database / System owners to automate / manually pull data from market automation tools (i.e. HubSpot), CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com), survey tools (i.e. Survey Monkey) and ERP's (i.e. Oracle)
  • Create reports and dashboards that leverage analytics to optimize marketing activities
  • Establish and refine Key Performance Indicator reports to drive business decisions
  • Validate that data supporting business activities is accurate
  • Provide insight into business activities through data analysis
  • Manage multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to meet business needs

Essential Functions:

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets and database management, word processing adn presentation preparation
  • Knowledge of CRM, market automation and ERP tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and handle multiple parallel projects
  • Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel up to 20% annually

Required / Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Math, Business or related fields preferred
