Job Summary:


Coordinate and implement market engagement through the development and implementation of tools and projects in support of the EMS product lines. 



  • Work with the Resuscitation MARCOM team to develop marketing collateral to meet the needs of the business.
  • Manage sales tools and resources - MOM, iPAD app, eLearning, etc.
  • Manage social media efforts.
  • Work with the salesforce.com team to develop and run reports on key metrics that will increase sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct market analysis in the Resuscitation segment in support of our analyst team in Chelmsford.
  • Collect and maintain library of competitive product information.
  • Other duties as assigned, consistent with ZOLL's goals, objectives and interests.



  • Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing role involving sales support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and handle multiple parallel projects.
  • Word processing, presentation preparation, and spreadsheet skills are essential; database skills a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project managment skills.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Travel up to 20% annually.
  • Some international travel may be required. 

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business or related fields
