Job Summary:


The EMEA Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for channel marketing strategy, tactics and support for our AED distributor partners within our priority EMEA markets.  You will work closely with sales and marketing to influence and execute channel marketing programs and promotions to accelerate AED growth and public adoption.  In conjunction with marketing specialist's you will help manage annual planning with partners, day-to-day communications with the channels and driving marketing programs, promotions and new products with the AED portfolio.  



  • Manage, monitor and measure distributor partner marketing strategies, programs and tactics.  Partnering with sales you will be responsible for establishing the annual marketing plan for partners and driving quarterly calendars and actions within the priority markets throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. 
  • Manage the marketing and relationship with a set of stategic distribution partners; fostering relationships to help drive the business.
  • Drive territory-specific projects and programs to drive business expansion and growth.
  • Evaluate and measure partner marketing programs; providing regular analytics and recommendations for optimization.
  • In conjunction with in-country marketing leads you will maintain constant contact and support to PAD Sales Management and distributors.
  • Support coordination and development of distributor marketing tools, trade show support, literature development, presentations and publicity activities.
  • Travel with sales to key distributor meetings, trade shows and events.
  • Foster a teamwork approach with sales and marketing. 


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years marketing experience working with distribution channels in a high tech B2B product.
  • Experience in medical devices a plus.
  • Experience working with annual calendar of monthly programs/promo schedules.
  • Strong team player, proven ability in leading and working effectively cross functionally.
  • Strong cultural awareness with experience of working internationally required.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and fluency preferred at minimum with one other major European language.
  • A self-starter who can work on own initiatives with high levels of self-discipline to meet objectives and goals within deadlines and manage projects within a set budget.
  • Ability to manage projects and work effectively in a matrix organization, handling multiple tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation and copywriting skills.
  • Continuous improvement mentality.

Travel Requirment

  • Up to 50% annually within priority countries throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.


  • Ideally located close to an International Airport in Europe.
