Job Summary:

 

Contact ZOLL customer with the repair estimate for the billable repair.  Process all ship and billable lines accordingly in the ERP System based on Service Request requirement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review Repair Estimate to determine warranty and process device shipment and invoicing of Service Requests in ERP System.
  • Log all AutoPulse Repair Estimate Sheets into the Repair Estimate Access Database and use reports to manage daily call schedule.
  • Contact customers to provide Repair Estimates, technical reviews based on depot comments to obtain Purchase Orders for non-warranty repairs.
  • Run Service Backlog report and monitor the invoicing of billable repairs, reporting progress to Management on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking the aging of the estimates against team objectives to assist in achieving team monthly/quarterly Service Revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Proven customer interface skills.
  • ERP systems experience, perferably Oracle.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Technical aptitude.

Education:

 

  • 2 year degree, 1-2 years of customer service experience OR
  • High School, 3-4 years of customer service experience.
