 The Region includes approximately all states west of the Mississippi River.

Responsibilities

Direct management of clinical field specialist, clinical associate and consultant within specified Region of the country. Lead the group to provide pre-sale and post-sale customer education and clinical support of company products and their applications.  Able to deploy strategy to meet regional disposable utilization objectives. Assist in developing of content and the execution of clinical education program. Is able to work cross-functionally with other departments. Have total familiarity with the Device GMP Regulations and the companies’ Quality Systems requirements and assures that these are followed.

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Responsible for disposables sales to meet the regional objective
  2. Responsible to provide strategy to the team meeting or exceeding the customer expectation
  3. Managing the regional team to assure the product training and customer education through coaching and positive reinforcement
  4. Lead by example, motivate and inspire the team
  5. Hire, educate, retain and promote talented clinical field specialists and associate.
  6. Foster a team environment within your Region
  7. Communicate, implement, and monitor any Strategic Plan or tasks
  8. Provide timely, accurate forecasts and all other required paperwork
  9. Become a company expert and resource on both ZOLL and competitive products
  10. Responsible for field reinforcement of products and positioning strategy
  11. Represent ZOLL in a professional and ethical manner
  12. Analyze and report on trends that you observe within your Region
  13. Assists in the development of content and the execution of other clinical education programs like the preceptorship program, regional seminars, webinars, national seminars and trade show workshops in the region
  14. Assist in the content creation for the in-service training program
  15. Works cross-functionally with all department to meet company objectives

Qualifications

  1. At least 3+years in sales or sales management Good leadership skills
  2. A history of exceeding management targets for projects and territory productivity
  3. Shows proficiency at developing sales strategy and tactics
  4. Knowledgeable in each clinical application and the technical use of our products
  5. Is a leader and embodies “Team Selling” & “Team ZOLL”
  6. Good track record of administrative duties (expense reports, trip reports, etc.)
  7. College degree prefer in nursing or science degree
  8. Minimum 5 years work experience.
  9. Must be willing and able to travel 80%.
