The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops products to protect and manage cardiac patients, including the LifeVest® wearable cardioverter defibrillator (WCD), the ZOLL cardiac monitor, and associated technologies.

Responsible for the replenishment of products to the primary location to ensure adequate availability for picking. Move, load, and unload products within the warehouse from reserve storage to primary storage. Sole Inventory related issues as they come up. Assist production by providing work order kits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer oriented and solves warehouse issues so patients are protected.
  • Perform daily Cycle Count; troubleshoot and correct any errors in OHM.
  • Process incoming Purchase Order receipts.
  • Issue components to all type work orders.
  • Fill and deliver completed Stock Requests.
  • Enter WIP Receipts.
  • Perform T-Transaction for quick turn items.
  • Perform work order traceability.
  • Process RGO’s.
  • Process RMA’s. 
  • Perform location survey quarterly; organize stock locations to ensure all components have a location.
  • Train new employees on Company stocking methodology.
  • Assist Material Controller in performing quarterly WIP physical inventory.  
  • Enter Sales Orders.
  • Have knowledge and training to perform daily shipping of Sales Orders, and marketing material. 
  • Train new employees on Material Handler duties.
  • Act as a mentor to all Material Handlers and assist in their development.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Education and/or Experience:

  • A High school diploma, data entry, and computer skills required.
  • 1-2 years of Warehouse experience
  • Microsoft Word experience preferred.

Language Skills:  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:  Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
