Two Broward County Sheriffs deputies saved a airline passenger's life with the help of a ZOLLĀ automated external defibrillator minutes after he stepped off a flight at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The 59-year-old man collapsed outside of customs after arriving from Mexico on his way home. One deputy used the AED PlusĀ® located in the airport and delivered a shock to the man's heart. The two deputies performed CPR and kept the man alive until the arrival of local paramedics.
