ZOLL Medical Corporation hereby commits to all purchasers of a defibrillator after October 3, 2005 that it will make available to any requesting purchaser a set of simple tools that will change the operation as required to meet the cardiopulmonary resuscitation protocol in Guidelines 2005 for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care, International Consensus on Science, published by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).
