Moghadam, 40, to the position of Vice President of International. Mr. Moghadam will replace the retiring E. J. Jones, who has lead ZOLL’s International Operations since 1998. Mr. Moghadam will report to Richard A. Packer, the Company’s President and CEO.Prior to joining ZOLL Medical, Mr. Moghadam spent 10 years with Thermo Electron Corporation in a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the International area. Most recently, Mr. Moghadam headed the $200M instrument business of Thermo Electron’s Bioscience Technologies Division covering Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Moghadam also has extensive experience in the Far East having lived in Hong Kong and China for a number of years and was instrumental in building business throughout Asia. Early in his career, he was also responsible for sales to Latin America. Mr. Moghadam has a degree in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Business (Thunderbird), and an MBA from DePaul University.
